What we measure

BattleSites rankings measure landing-page preference based on head-to-head votes. They do not measure overall product quality.

Voters answer one question: which landing page makes you more likely to try the product? They have not necessarily tested either product.

Matchmaking

Every battle contains two active, captured pages from the same niche. Matchmaking favors similar ratings, underexposed challengers, and pairings the voter has not recently seen.

Ratings

Decisive votes update both pages using Elo with a K-factor of 32. Neither votes are recorded but do not affect rating. Ten decisive battles are required before official ranking.

Community listings

Clearly labeled community listings come from public information. Listing does not imply affiliation, and owners may claim or remove a page.
